Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, use of the jacuzzi, hiking & fishing and the use of kayaks, fireplace or fire pit is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking, the use of the jacuzzi, use of the fireplace or the fire pit, and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, being in a jacuzzi hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks, fireplace or fire pit, or jacuzzi while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant or inebriated with alcohol. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, using the fireplace fire pit, the Jacuzzi or using the kayaks. You agree not to use the river or Jacuzzi if you are inebriated. Persons with high blood pressure, and pregnant women may not use the jacuzzi. Children in the Jacuzzi or river are only permitted with an adult present. Children must not be in the Jacuzzi for more than 5 minutes at a time. – No cats allowed – No smoking inside the home, or anywhere on the property. – No parties or events. The inside Was super clean and comfortably fit six adults. We all felt absolutely warm and cozy in this house. The backyard was extremely open and very spacious. Great area for dogs to run and people to hang out around the fire pit. The deck was huge and was a great space for entertaining and off to the side was a hot tub that was incredibly clean. The best part of this home was that the river was right in the backyard. It took seconds to walk down to which was a great place to hang out let the dogs run in the river and take the beautiful views. We did rent this house during the winter and it was a wonderful home to relax. But I bet it’s even better in the summer when everything is full bloom, and the weather and river are both warm. on top of the breathtaking home and views, the hosts were a delight to deal with. Any questions we had they were quick to respond and super helpful. You can tell they wanted us to have the best vacation we could and we did. We’d absolutely stay here again. ##### Melissa M.
