They are unable to fix an AC unit.If your room is not to your desired temperature, ask for a new room immediately not for the technician. They came to my room 3 times and it never worked properly, had to open the balcony window... very retro.

We were disappointed by the hotel. Our room’s toilet kept running and they told us they could not fix it. The staff was helpful and nice. The gym is too small and felt dated with equipment that was old too. The shower floor was extra slippery. We asked for extended checkout time, the person at the desk was polite and accommodating. However when we got back to the hotel later, another employee told us we could not have it. Overall, it was a lot of very good, the staff, and disappointment: the facilities.

Very friendly staff but the rooms need to be cleaned better between stays. I wiped down the bedside table and so much dirt came off I was afraid to look in corners. I am immunocompromised so I was not happy. The public areas of the property looked great.

Nice safe area, walkable. Close drive to the things we wanted to do. Pool area closed off so not able to go outside to sit and relax. VERY expensive bottles of water in room, could buy a whole case with lots of change left over from Walmart for this price. Bathroom door was a joke! Noisy and hard to close. Room and facilities were very clean. Would not stay here again for the price. Valet parking was a pain and continually having to tip each time you picked up or dropped off your car.

I got worried after I booked The Lumen when I read some of the reviews, but none of that turned out to be the case for us. We had an exceptional time and found the hotel to be quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally convenient. Yes, you have to use their valet-- but they are super about getting the car in and out and it never took more than 10 minutes. The area is busy and actually, the valet simplifies things. The desk and valet attendants were friendly, approachable and well spoken. Our beds were comfortable (and I'm picky)-- with 4 pillows per bed, each one slightly different so you can find the one that works best for you. The shower was AMAZING-- great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The only thing I think they could improve would be the quality of the towels-- they're not fluffy and soft. We didn't eat at the onsite restaurant so I can't comment on that but overall, it was a big win!

It was perfect for what we were doing and very close to our tennis tournament. Hotel was nice and rooms were big. But when we got there at 4 the room wasn’t ready but we were offered free cocktails. The service is no where near the level of the actual hotel. It is severely lacking from the front desk to the bar/ restaurant. Restaurant was never busy and service was super slow and not professional. The valet was great and professional, I believe his name was Omar. Basically nice boutique hotel but service was not up to the level.
