The place is clean and cozy. It is across the street from the a fire station so there is a lot of sirens. It is also on a busy street and there is a lot of revving cars and road noise. The area isn't too bad, and we never felt unsafe. It was a short walk to the Deep Ellum area, with tons of restaurants and night life. We never received check out instructions but the host was responsive when I did need to reach out. The check in instructions were clear, but again I had to reach out for them. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it isn't the host's fault that the road is noisy. Once we were asleep it never bothered us so take that for what you will. ##### Chris G.
