This stunning 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath property boasts a Texas-shaped pool and spa with a covered patio, playground, putting green, and tiki bar, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Inside, you'll find an office workspace and a custom game room with a pool table, providing endless entertainment options. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly getaway or a fun-filled vacation with friends, Texas Pool House is the perfect destination. Create unforgettable memories at the Texas Pool House! This beautiful 3000+ square-foot two-story home is located on an elevated cul-de-sac and offers several amenities for a comfortable stay. The main level includes an office space with a printer and a queen sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge and built-in wine refrigerator, two dining areas, one in the kitchen and another towards the front entrance, a gas fireplace in the living room, an 85 inch TV, and a charging station in the kitchen. There is also a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed, a 1/2 bath, and a laundry room. The second level includes an oversized master suite with a spacious en-suite and walk-in closet. The bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the Texas-shaped pool. There are two full beds and three twin beds in the additional bedrooms, a full bath with glass shower, and a tub for the kids. The game room has a pool table, a beverage fridge, and lots of board games, along with a balcony that overlooks the backyard. The backyard area is perfect for outdoor activities and entertainment. It includes a Texas-shaped pool, putting green and hot tub, 2 comfortable loungers for sunbathing, a covered patio with an outdoor TV, playground for the kids, and a fire pit. There's also a giant Jenga game, corn hole and Axe throwing for guests to enjoy. Overall, this property is a great choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable and entertaining stay. FURNITURE: Guests should not move any of the furniture. 10\. CAMERAS: Guests should not touch, cover or disable the exterior cameras (4 total) on the property. They are installed for everyone's safety. \*\*AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age requirement to book our property is 25yrs old and older\*\* \*\*POOL RULES\*\* No Running, No Diving, No animals, No Food, and No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers. No jumping from Hot Tub/Spa to the Pool and DO NOT use the divider (blue tiles) between Spa & Pool as Slide, and DO NOT stand on it. Close to many nice golf courses. The outdoor patio and pool was awesome to watch games. The bedrooms and accommodations worked well with separate bedrooms for everyone. Our host was so great! Super friendly and checked in often! We had a wonderful stay. The pool has a heated option but it was the perfect temperature with the weather so was not needed at all. S’mores was the perfect nighttime treat out in the campfire area while the kids played. We had everything we needed there. The Texas Pool House is a must! Our stay at the Texas Pool House was hands down the best experience we've ever had with VRBO - and we have stayed in a lot. When we arrived the house was spotless and they had everything we needed. We were there for our daughters wedding and they had wedding decorations and cute gifts for our daughter and son-in-law. They also dropped off the cutest custom t-shirt for our son! Ricky and Karen were extremely responsive, kind and generous! My husband and I joked it felt like we were staying at a friends home. They thought of everything - plenty of pool and bath towels, toys for kids, sunscreen and bug spray, kitchen essentials, all the things. The house had so much to do for games as well, but the kicker for being the best was Ricky and Karen! I am extremely picky with where we stay and I would book with them again in a heart beat! ##### Stephanie E. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Texas Pool house. Well maintained, comfy beds and furniture, stocked with essentials for our use and the most unique pool we've ever swam in. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in the evenings, watching the big tv, playing giant Jenga and making smores on the fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay. We are in our 70's and we found everything to be very accessible and comfortable. Quick response from owners and they even sent flowers to one of our birthday girls. Came in for a family wedding and stayed at The Texas Pool House with our adult children and their families. This house was fully loaded and definitely felt like home. Owners literally have thought of everything, down to a steamer to press our wedding attire. Neighborhood and home were beautiful, property and pool were well maintained, and beds were really comfortable! We’ll stay here again for sure! Ricky and Karen went above and beyond to make our stay as special as the Total Solar Eclipse that brought us to Texas. The house had everything we needed and more- something for everyone in our group of mixed age kids. We never had to leave the house! Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly and speedy.
