House was as advertised, plenty of room for 9 adults and two small children. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Couldn't find oven mitts, but managed with some hand towels. Was close to shopping and restaurants and was easy to get too from downtown. We had a great time and this place had a large part in us having it. ##### David T. The listing pictures themselves were much better quality wise than the actual house. House overall was much more dated and was missing certain things expected out of a higher end rental. For example grill would not start due to ignition starter not working and there was not a backup lighter (we had to run to store to get a lighter to use grill). Kitchen was not very well stocked- had essentials but nothing extra (ie grill spatula, crock pot, kitchen towels (there was 1), etc. ##### Justin K. We stayed 7 nights and were happy with every day we were here. Host is very responsive and communicative. Great kitchen and the outdoor areas was pleasant to be in, even in the Texas summer. The house was perfect for a multi-family group! We really liked the seating arrangements in the dining area and outside. Also the pool was really nice!
