For a week-long academic tournament, we coaches and our students enjoyed a kitchen to keep down costs and laundering to keep us fresh. There are a few restaurants and a nice coffee shop nearby. Squeezing in 12 is tough. The beds properly sleep 8\. The air mattress could suffice with another 2, but the sofa is not great for sleeping anyone larger than a child. It has a rooftop that we were able to access as well. The view looks gorgeous from the rooftop. This property looks just like the pictures. It was very clean. The owner was there every step of the way for me when I needed it. Every question I had...he answered as soon as he could. He made sure everything was good and I was comfortable.
