However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored. • HOUSE RULES • No parties. If a party is discovered due to neighbor complaint, or law enforcement involvement, your stay will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. If smoking occurs in the house there will be an additional $500 dollar cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at the property. Any pets discovered at the property will cause your stay to be terminated and no refunds will be given. It's super close to the Epic Waters Waterpark, so we had fun celebrating there. Very clean, and the decor was very nice. The beds were comfortable. This VRBO was very clean, close to the stadium, and comfortable. The host was very helpful, always quick to reply, and even set out clear purses for us to use at the AT&T stadium. Everything was clearly communicated and the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Could not have asked for a better stay and experience. ##### Katie F.
