Inside, you can find an open living space with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and at-home laundry. With eateries, golf courses, trails, and lakefront fun at your fingertips, you may never want to return home! Our house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not allow parties, and we ask that you be good neighbors. We do enforce quiet hours after 10:00pm, do not allow pets, and only allow a maximum of 8 people at the property at a time (including guests just visiting for the day). And location is pretty hard to beat - about 20 minutes away from any shipping, dining, or activities. It was more house than our group needed, so we had an easy time spreading out. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. And there were more than enough towels, even if we'd had more to our group there would have been enough.
