It should be a nice summer for enjoying the lake. Our chic and cozy lake house has everything you need to have a great time. Peaceful area great for swimming, fishing, wildlife watching, kayaking, canoeing, boating and/or paddleboating. OUR GUEST HOUSES ARE ALL TOGETHER, so if you have a group that want to be together, but in separate houses, you can rent more than one next door to each other pending availability. We have our deluxe Pontoon boat we rent exclusively to our guests, when available. We also keep kayaks, watermats, a canoe, and a paddleboat available for our guests to rent when conditions permit. This particular property's first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a full bed with a twin trundle bed. We have a charcoal grill and a wood burning campfire pit that is always a hit with both adults and children. This house is a wonderful place to relax and watch a gorgeous sunset either at the burn pit or under the covered porch with a sunset bar. The porch has a table and two bar areas for you to use, including the “sunset bar”, while enjoying your favorite beverages or food. We provide wifi internet TV on a new large screen TV see and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Our lakehouse is conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Frisco. Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Park, Mall, and fine restaurants are just minutes away. There are lots of restaurants, shopping areas, and family entertainment opportunities just minutes from the house. Hydrous Wakeboard Park, Towers Taphouse, and Hula Hut are all in sight across the lake. DFW and Love Field are only 35 minutes away. Our house is perfect for the couple or small group that would like to getaway for the weekend or week. No dates are reserved without a signed rental agreement and security deposit. The house was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. We spent every night on the back patio watching the wildlife around the lake while the dogs played in the huge yard. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. My wife enjoyed the table by the window, where she worked during the day with a perfect view of the lake. The house has a remote feel but you are very close to anything you might need. There were several nights we didn’t want to cook and had DoorDash delivered. We only left one time the 4 days we were there and that was to have Sunday lunch with our kids.The best time was sitting out on the deck early morning in our pajamas, drinking coffee and enjoying the quietness of the morning. Same thing late afternoon, having a snack and watching the ducks, the squirrels and the rabbits. Easy to get used to this kind of life. ##### Carolyn M. I needed to just get away for a few days (Th-Sun) and enjoy nature. The house was the perfect size, clean, and on the waterfront. I did some painting, hiked, and chilled. Beautiful sunsets! It was absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed getting up having coffee on the back patio, and watching the ducks. It was cozy and very clean. Jeri, and his wife were absolutely wonderful host. My husband and I need a mommy/daddy getaway to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what this place offered. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up and see the lake from the big windows in the den and kitchen. Sunsets are beautiful in the evening. Jerri and his wife and super sweet and extremely accommodating. Jerry is helpful, friendly and was there if we needed anything. It was a long drive from Maryland and to be welcomed so warmly meant alot to us. Had some issues with the water when we got there but Jerry took care of it. There were a couple dogs, from down the road, that roamed around. We had our dog with us and made sure to have her on a leash when someone was around but was surprised a couple time with the dogs just running around. The host were super, wish we could have spent more time chatting with them, we were sick for most of the two weeks we were there. Hope to visit this property again in the future. ##### George H.
