Our stay would have been been much better if the front desk listened when I said it changed from 2 adults 3 children, to 1 adult and 3 children and room 209 has a terrible loud noise that kept me awake all night long. It sounded like a machine going on and off.

The pillows were really small and not too comfortable, had to kinda make shift a pillow with my blanket that I brought. The room was fairly clean nothing too special about the room. I have a weird thing about taking a both on vacations because I love to relax but, there was no drain plug, no big deal, just a bummer! Still had a really good stay and the waffles were delicious!

The hotel is in a good area surrounded by everything. The staff are professional and understanding. My problem started when you see the water damage in some parts of the hotel, nothing bad but little spots in the bathroom itself. As well noticing the towels were still dirty, almost like a hot sauce stain. Lastly breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but didn’t start until 6:45am. I appreciate the staff being honest about the tardiness but that’s still unprofessional or atleast let your guest know and don’t put a sign stating the time. Overall the hotel is a nice getaway spot.

Our experience was horrible. They charged me for 2 nights then turned around and charged my finance. The next day the staff was banging on our door saying we were suppose to check out at 12 noon but we paid for 2 nights. Then later that evening another staff member came and opened our door while we were in there saying the notes stated we checked out. We will never book with Hampton again!!!!! We travel a lot and this experience has been the worst ever!!!!

Me dieron una habitación muy bien ubicada la 612, la señorita que estaba en el desayuno muy amable una latina no recuerdo el nombre, pero si tengo que comentar que una señorita que se encontraba en el Lobby muy joven que me tocaba por las tardes le solicitó mi esposo toallas amablemente ella las trajo al pedirle una más se molestó le aventó las toallas, mostró cara de molestia y se fue, otro día mi tarjeta no servía ella amable me la cambió llegó mi esposo con la de él igual que no servía y al decirle gracias ella solo contestó un ruido mmm. No se si no esté acostumbrada a turistas extranjeros o algo le molestaba de nosostros no entiendo si trabaja en un hotel debe ser amable nunca pude ver su nombre por el pelo largo no se si empezaba con H, si deberían trabajar eso con ella.

While everything else about this hotel was excellent, our room shared a wall with the elevator shaft and we were kept up all night long with the noise from the motor. It was quieter inside the elevator.

The hotel was pretty nice and clean. The front desk service were courteous and nice. Breakfast was good! The ladies servicing the breakfast were so sweet. The only complaint I have is on my hotel reservation I requested extra towels. There were no extra towels in the room. Also called the front desk to request some. They said they would call us when laundry was done for extra towels. Not one call was made to let us know.

On first glance, my room was neat & clean however after further assessment, I was very disappointed. There was water damage with a hole in the plaster on the ceiling above my bed. The AC vent had so much dust accumulated that I believe was responsible for a lot of my coughing and congestion throughout the night. The touch buttons on the Microwave would not respond thus I could not use it until I discovered if I climb up on the entertainment center and reach behind the console to unplug and plug it back in, the microwave would then turn on. But only for that session so I had to do that each and every time I wanted to heat something up. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows flat. The next morning I noticed two brown stains on the comforter that I had just slept under. Initially it was hidden by the comforter cover that had slipped down during the night and I was able to see the disgusting filth of the actual comforter. Even though the breakfast was complementary, it was horrible. From the wet scrambled eggs, to the cereal displayed however no milk was available. The biscuits and gravy were decent however the batter for the self made waffles was bland and tasted like rubbery cardboard. The positives were that it was in a very nice area with a lot of eateries and places to shop and the front desk host was pleasant.

We couldn’t sleep on the 3 nights we stayed there at room 208. Loud and horrible noise (above 90 dB). Called to the lobby to report and change room. Attendant told us all rooms ending on 8 (108, 208, etc) that are next to the elevator will be the same and that they are sold out. Never ever we had experience a situation like this.

This hotel definitely was not my cup of tea from checking in went really really fast actually too fast and I know most people love a quick check in, but I have scoliosis and I asked the check-in lady if they had a room closer to the elevator and before I can even ask anything else She was already done. I was already in pain and had a broken tooth, so I really didn’t feel like going back-and-forth with her. Even if my room was prepaid, I wouldn’t mind paying a fee or whatever I needed to do to be more accommodating to my need she seemed like she was sick so she should have went home until she felt better , once I got into my room, it wasn’t the best , but within five minutes I already was already tired and I had to go downstairs and get more covers because mines were dirty !!! Shower paint was falling apart. There was a dresser drawer that was broken and completely fell off during our stay. Luckily, we wasn’t charged because I did let them know… they say the hotel was newly renovated, I guess newly renovated to hotels just me slapping on some paint and calling it a day didn’t look too good to me. Bathroom stink was stopped up toilet it made a weird noise and it just overall wasn’t a good experience for my money .
