The home is ideal for traveling couples or a family - guests with or without a vehicle can enjoy the amazing walkability. Everything a guest would need we supply with the intention to exceed their expectations. \*NO PARTIES\* \- Modern townhome in one of the best locations on Lower Greenville just two blocks from Trader Joes, Botolino Gelato, Wabi House, Gemma, HG SPLY, Village Baking Co., and many other Dallas’ best restaurants and cafes. \- Gorgeous home with large, open kitchen and living room, and 13’ high ceilings + large windows filling the space with tons of beautiful natural light. \- 2nd story outdoor patio + 2 car garage \- Hardwood floors throughout + white quartz countertops with waterfall sides, custom cabinets with soft-close doors & drawers, upgraded stainless steel SS Bosch appliances. \- Stunning master bedroom and bathroom - top of the line finishes + over-sized shower with one of a kind master shower with 3 shower heads and endless hot water (tankless water heater), designer hardware, and a large walk-in closet. \- Ideal layout for a couples traveling together or colleagues seeking an elevated space together providing a sufficient amount of privacy. \- Pets require an additional charge of $150 per pet for specialized cleaning. \- Daily or mid-stay house keeping is available, as well as grocery delivery pre-arrival. You will not need a vehicle in this neighborhood, but we do have ample parking if you bring one. :) ❌ 🐶 Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings. ❌ 🚬 Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations. ❌ 👞 Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. From the pictures, it looks like a huge gourmet kitchen, with a gas stove that led me to believe there would be a stocked kitchen for me to prepare meals. I felt like the property was over priced considering we were only staying for one night and check-in isn’t until 5 PM and check out is at 10 AM, but I went ahead and pulled the trigger because the place was so cute; It was a present to my sister for her birthday to have some quality sister time. However, upon arrival we discovered pots and pans that are for an RV. Literally one frying pan that was maybe 7”. Nothing oven proof, zero cookie sheets, Not even enough dishes to serve four people, but above all, there were zero kitchen knives; I used a pizza, cutter and a butter knife to prepare dinner. They’re also wasn’t salt. The pantry had olive oil spray, avocado, oil, white vinegar, oatmeal, Microwave popcorn and pepper. It was just odd. How do you not have even one steak knife? I was willing to overlook all of this, however, I discovered that my bedroom had not been dusted; for WEEKS. THEN I discovered that my toilet didn’t flush; Then to add insult to injury my sister and I get up to get ready for brunch and the whole house is without hot water. Mgmt was prompt in responding but 10 am checkout gave no tie e to wait for asst. When I asked for compensation or a break on the bill, I was ignored ##### Ned S.
