Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A boat ramp and slip are available for larger boats roughly one mile away. Hunting and fishing are permitted with the appropriate licensing as the property meets up to Federal land. All animals in the petting zoo will be secured; guest entry is not permitted; guests are welcome to feed animals from the other side of the fence. The owner will come by regularly to feed the livestock. There is an air mattress available for extra sleeping space. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! We had a boat so we were able to launch at a public boat ramp and spend part of Saturday on the lake. The house is secluded and private - care taker was a available and helpful by text message.
