There's scorch marks from a huge fire. AC broken so my 5 yr old and i are cooking in here. tv for decoration because no cable. Phone for decoration...There's not even a cord connected to it. The room was clean but trashed. Spills and who knows what on what walls they did have. No smoke detector, the toilet leaked, holes in the walls, TP holder was broken, the couch had rips and burns, the shower barely worked. If you turned to cool down it work go off. At least there was hot water. Noisey area, dog poop on the second level. The stairs need to checked. Creak and pop and a hazard waiting to happen. Good points Hot water, bed was comfy and clean and the tv worked. You get what you paid for and it was only 1 night.

The shower was not up to stat for any hotel the floor of the tub was nasty and stained the shower curtain was nasty the towels looked dirty we went and brought our own linen and a tub mat plus shower shoes since we were only there for two nights it was convenient because we tour the ATT stadium

The staff at checking was good. The issue was the facility. It definitely has seen better days. My room had the mirror cracked, it was clean but very outdated. Also, door had a broken deadbolt and it looked like the door hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time.

Room was dirty, many things were not working, wasn’t provided the correct shampoo/soap/conditioner for the showers, had to pay for parking. Ended up getting sick while at the hotel, requested to cancel my remaining nights on my reservation while still offering to pay for previous nights but was denied despite being sold a room that was not as advertised.

It is almost right next to AT&T Stadium and it is quite close to UT Arlington and downtown. It is quite wornout and not very well maintained though. But for the price and location it is very enough for a brief stay.

The perks for this motel would definitely be the location. I feel like they're able to get away with a lot because of how close they are to AT&T Stadium. But during my 10 day stay housekeeping only came by once. The toilet was leaking, so we had to keep towels on the bathroom floor at all times. Then, on day 7 out of 10, the toilet clogged. We went to the front desk to inquire about a plunger or possible solutions, and we were just told that they didn't have one. When the AC was running, it gave off a very musty and moldy smell... so much so that we just stopped using it. It just smelled like the filter hadn't been changed in years.

I had paid for the stay through Expedia and my husband was charged again when he arrived. They would not let him have the room even though it was already paid for. This is horrible!! Then trying to get money back is a nightmare!

Charged me $20 to park saying if I were only staying one night, it works be free, but two nights is $20. The first room the had me in had a stool that didn't work. The rooms are dated with banged up furniture and walls. Overall disrepair. Old and not kept up. Raised the price to more than double because an event was in the area. Not worth the money. Stay away.

Easy check in, even when we came in late in the night. It was clean! Also perfect for travelers not vacationers. A good place to lay your head. Even better place to stay if you want to take a 14 ‘minute walk to the stadium.

Good for taking in a game, free parking
This is a fine place if you are just looking for a night to stay and take in a game. Close walk to the stadiums and free parking. They even let us check in early so we could park for the day.

Location is great for AT&T Stadium but this place needs major repairs. Had to fix the toilet after each use and barely had water pressure in the shower. Walls were very filthy and had open holes in them.

Great Location
We chose Executive Inn for its location to the AT&T Stadium. Checking in was easy they had our reservations. The staff we met were awesome very professional and knowledgeable and nice. The property needs a lot of love, the interior decor needs updating. Windows needs a deep clean or replacement. Our toilet wouldn’t fill up on its own after flushing so we had the tank cover off during our stay just too make sure it filled up. There was some kind of build up on the shower drain and the shower head needs replacing it kept shooting water on the wall above the head. And the exhaust fan(s) in the toilet is so loud, it’s just as loud as the ac unit. The refrigerator and microwave worked great that was a huge plus. But the best was the king size bed I slept very well , the bed was very comfortable, the towels were clean. Ok the exterior needs a complete makeover the steps going up to the second floor where our room was needs to be replaced and there’s no curb appeal, you’ve got such an awesome location but it looks old on the outside. Maybe that gated empty space in the front you could make that an outdoor lounge area and rent small grills to your patrons for $10 a day and charge a deposit refundable if the grill comes back cleaned. We will be back and we’re gonna come and stay here.

We read a lot of bad reviews for this property but tried it anyway due to its proximity to AT&T stadium. It was no where near as bad as most said. The rooms were clean, although on the small side. Room was billed as a smoking room so we thought it would smell. Not so, it was fresh smelling and fine. I had a billing issue due to Expedia and the manager on duty took his time to work through it with Expedia to make it right. If I need a room walking distance to the stadium I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
