This 4-bedroom two full baths home is within a mile of AT&T stadium, Texas Rangers Globe Life Field Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Centrally located in the Entertainment District of Arlington, TX. WALKING distance to the stadiums, AT&T Stadium, TX Rangers Globe Life Field, Choctaw, Texas Live & restaurants! 2M to Six Flags & Hurricane Harbor. Best place to bring family, friends, for a short or long stay. Guests will have access to the entire house, washer/dryer, game room, and backyard. House Rules: NO Early check-in or late check-out. Check-in: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Check out : 11:00 AM \-If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night Unauthorized late check out will be charged the full security deposit, plus addition charge if result in canceling of incoming guests. \-No smoking allowed. (of any kind) \-No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance \-No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day \-Parking on the driveway only \-PETS are NOT allowed on this property. Guest will be charged the full deposit in the event of bringing pets to the property, regardless of any damages. \-Any damages to the home from guests will be charged to the value of the items. The owners will not be responsible for loss of the renter’s valuables kept inside the house. \-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles. \-The renters agree to take care of their own, their kids and their guests’ safety while in the property, and will indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any and all claims for any injury or damage due to carelessness of the renters, their kids or their guests. \-Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout. \-NO daily maid service: while linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. For stays longer than 3 days, trash and recycles pickup days are on Wednesday and Saturday (trash pick up only) and should only be taken out after 7 PM the evening prior. This house is a two story. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on each floor. This home comfortable accommodates 10 people. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has one Queen bed and the fourth room has two queen beds. The living space, dining and kitchen are all located on the first floor. The washer and dryer are both located in the garage and are easily accessible. While we were waiting, we noticed the tree next to the driveway had a swarm of bees around it. Once inside the house was decently clean and well appointed. There is only one TV. There were cars pulling up outside all night at the neighbor's and at one point they were almost blocking the driveway. Quiet neighborhood. Cons No hand towels for bathrooms, hand soap was mostly gone, patio furniture was dirty, (spider webs and bird poop on them), limited cookware (no baking sheets or toaster) dishwasher is not attached and comes out, a large tv was left on a bed when we arrived. Poisen spray was left in the backyard where children could easily access it, hot water was hooked to the upstairs toilet (pro, toilet seat was warm :-) it heated up the whole bathroom. Bbq would need a good cleaning before you'd want to use it. Wifi doesnt allow for you to stream anything on your own devices. Overall, if your looking for a nice place to crash and dont plan on using the property amenities, its a great place. ##### Jennifer D.
