The home comes complete with a speedy Wi-Fi connection and smart TV’s. Dedicated office space with new smart printer. 1 new Samsung 75” smart TV, and a 55” TV with fire stick in master bedroom. New elliptical machine & exercise bands.

Master bedroom has 1 King bed. 1 Queen bed in Mermaid Princess Suite & 2 full size beds in guest room. All mattresses are incredibly comfortable and are fitted with 1800 thread count sheets with plenty of extra pillows. wi-Fi info.

No parties, no persons allowed in spa or pool that aren’t on original booking
$50 to heat spa, $75 per stay to heat entire 20,000 gallon pool until April 20th. $100 fee if you leave spa heater on after stay has ended.
If you insist on bringing a pet the cleaners charge a $75 pet cleaning fee. It’s beyond my control, just like pet hair.

Very basic property. There wasn't enough shampoo and conditier. The pool are wasn't clean or picked up when we arrived. The floor wasn't clean, our socks where dirty after walking on the floor. There where crumbs on the table. There was no laundry detergent, when it is expect of us to start a load of laundry before we leave, it should be there. I would expect for it to be cleaner and more like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Great spot for our Cowboys game!

Wonderful, quiet area 15 easy minutes to stadium and less than 10 min drive to DFW. 4 of us and the host was great and reliable for communication. We will stay here again. Very clean as well!

Great stay

Loved the property, plenty of room for all 7 of us. We were originally supposed to be 9, but illness prevented 2 from coming. Everything was great. Only complaint, and not that big of an issue is the pool heat never got warm enough to use, but we used the hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we came back to the area

We liked the property. Clean and convenient location. Just had some minor details that wish would have been better, like dish towels in kitchen and lock on master bedroom door. We would stay here again if in the area.

Pool was fantastic

Overall the place was great! Super clean & we really enjoyed the pool. The owner was friendly & communicated quickly. The spa was connected to pool with no real barrier to separate the two so as much as we tried to keep them separate, the spa didn’t heat up that well. We would definitely stay here again because of the pool!

We had a great holiday in this fantastic house. Clean - lots of space - and everything we could ask for inside. We could have wished for more than 1 sunbed for 6 people - but it is a minor issue!

Great pool and location

Our family of 5 (husband, wife, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter ) really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone and the private swimming pool really made it feel like a vacation. The location was close to shopping and dining. We would stay here again.

Guys trip

Very nice house

Location is a nice house centrally located near family freindly things to do in both cities. House and pool were wonderful for family time with kids. We enjoyed our stay , checked in and out no problem. The only problem we had with the host was they contacted us the day after we checked out stating that the city sewer had backed up and flooded the house. They accused us of being responsible and started demanding money. When this was refused they became very nasty using name calling and also accusing us of ruining sheets and towels, which just needed to be washed as per the instructions we were given to leave them and the cleaning fee we paid. Basically the host had a problem with the plumbing after we checked out and became quite nasty attempting to lay blame and demand additional money for something that had nothing to do with us. So renter beware

Nice home and excellent location

We were coming into town for a family medical emergency. I was coming from Oklahoma. One came from Austin and one from Florida. We needed a place very quickly. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. It was calming sitting by the pool and drinking our morning coffee. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
