Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Mike Brown is very responsive, unfortunately he would not have any controls when it comes to other tenants or owners who live in the complex are not doing what they are supposed to do. From the smell of weed in the hallway to not picking up the poop after their pets. Also the unit is more likely considered as loft with a dent that is used for bedroom. It is not really a bedroom as it does not have four walls and a door nor closet inside the dent. But they have a small closet across from the dent to hang few of your clothes and stack your folded ones in the small cube dresser. So this loft would be perfect for one person with just one pet, if any. ##### lia s.
