We were in town this past weekend for a HYROX race, and the location was perfect. Less than a 10 minute drive to the arena and so close to downtown Dallas. Kent was SO responsive as well which made the check in process easy and any questions I had were answered so quick. We felt very safe here as well and loved that no one could get into the building without the necessary code. The listing was a bit confusing and we thought it had two bedrooms, just to be clear it is a one bedroom apartment. It is beautifully decorated and super nice inside. We stayed here to attend a concert at The Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum and it was a great location to just walk to the venue. This area has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a cute birthday sign. I had no idea and she was so excited to see that. What a special touch!!! The unit was beautiful. The whole weekend we kept commenting on every little thing we loved (cute cow pics, gold silverware, stickers on cabinets to let you know where everything is, books, games) I could go on and on. The property is very secure. We took a Lyft everywhere and never paid a lot so it’s very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!!!
