Avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and recuperate in a quiet neighborhood, while still being very close to downtown Dallas, the airport, and many exciting attractions! The palatial estate is a true gem with tons of unique features and endless options for entertainment. With tons of room, an amazing kitchen and a stunning backyard with a pool, you’re the only thing this home is missing! The Space: Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. You’ll be greeted by the gorgeous exterior with manicured landscaping and a 3-car garage to give you plenty of space to park. Modern and nicely updated with a bit of a cottagey vibe, this home has tons of unique features that truly set it apart. Towards the front of the home is a stunning dining room, just one of the many spots in this home to enjoy your meals. You also have not one, but two amazing living areas. One living room has a stone fireplace, a cozy vibe, and French doors leading out to the backyard. The second living room opens on to the kitchen and has a foosball table, an even more stunning fireplace, and lots of seating on the cozy furniture. The bright open kitchen is an absolute dream and you’ll love whipping up some fresh meals in here. It has a wet bar, walk-in pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dual oven. It comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. You’ll also find a cute breakfast area in the kitchen that looks out to the beautiful backyard. There are 5 spacious bedrooms that allow plenty of room to comfortably spread out. They are all furnished with awesome furniture, décor, and accessories. The comfy beds are outfitted with lavish linens, perfect for sinking into for a good night’s rest. The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and the large bonus room above the garage features amazing skylights (please note this bedroom will only be opened for groups of +12 guests). The 3.5 bathrooms are all unique and huge. There are tons of vanities among all the bathrooms so everyone will be able to get ready in the mornings without fighting over the bathroom. In addition, you’ll also have your very own laundry room so don’t worry about running out of outfits for your trip! The lush private backyard is just as amazing as the rest of the home. Fully fenced in with gorgeous landscaping, there is so much room to lounge both under the covered porch and under the warm Texas sun. There is a grill, a long patio table with seating perfect for outdoor meals, lounge chairs beside the pool, and a relaxing hammock. All of this surrounds the large glittering pool in the center. \*Please note that our spa heating element and jets are inoperable. In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 11 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both around 25 minutes away. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Pool stick tips were broken, and the master bathroom vent looked to be moldy with dark spots painted over near the vent. Host was notified and sent maintenance the next morning ##### BIM C. The house is in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of bed space for our 5 people. It was easy to find and ready for us when we arrived. Everyone from our party commented how comfortable the beds were. The biggest issue we had was the pool. When we arrived the pool was dirty and the water unclear. I never noticed the pool filter running while we were there for 4 nights. The pictures show a hot tub, but the hot tub isn’t actually included and therefore it was dirty and half empty when we arrived. The host did send a pool person to clean the pool, but the water never really improved. This was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this specific property. Overall, it was a good stay, but for what we paid I expected more. ##### Cameron M. But excellent place to house a family in a private and peaceful environment. Got changed from home originally booked to another location in Garland. A little out of the way for our weekend agenda. Home needs some updates but functioned quite nicely. Needed instructions on keypad entry, more labels on light switches and bathroom products provided. Could use some more kitchen utensils and towels in general. Did have an odd experience. Found a deceased duck in entry upon arrival home one day. Got in through fireplace and somehow died of exhaustion trying to get out. Despite all of above, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home. We had a group of 16 staying and there was plenty of space to spread out, House was very clean and nicely decorated felt very comfortable here. Location was perfect for our camp and activities we had while in Dallas. the only issue we had was the pool and hot tub heating. We chose to pay extra for the heated pool and less than 24 hours before we arrived we found out that the heater did not work. We booked this house specifically for the heated pool. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was extremely dirty, leaves all over the back patio and ants on all of the outdoor furniture. After our first night there we quickly realized only two burners worked on the stove. After several conversations back and forth with the property manager we resorted to being told to light paper towel to get the pilots to light on the stove. We also noticed that when you take a shower there is a sound of a jackhammer in the water pipes when it was running. The pool heater was fixed the night before we left and because it takes 24 hours to heat we were unable to use the pool. The kids were disappointed to say the least. The house was comfortable and accommodated everyone nicely. Was more disappointed in the efficiency of the property management getting things fixed than dealing with the unfortunate timing of things breaking. Accommodated our group nicely. Our group of 8 enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The house was very clean and the layout accommodated our group of friends nicely. The location also worked great for our group as it was close to the highway and easy to get Ubers to take us various places. The house is in a nice neighborhood north of Dallas. The property manager communicated well and was very responsive with any questions before and during our stay. The negatives are that while we were happy to pay extra to have the hot tub heated, it needed be turned on by the maintenance team remotely and we had to communicate with the property manager every time we wanted the hot tub heated up. Also, pool towels were not provided, however when we inquired about this, the property manager allowed us to use some extra bath towels. Lastly, we did not realize that groups of less than 12 would not have access to the bunk room above the garage. It was ok for our group, as we made it work with the beds in the other 4 rooms, but it wasn’t clear from the vrbo listing that we wouldn’t have access to this room. Next to the Highway, but sound didn’t carry over to house. Plenty of beds! Garage door keypad broken, but we never needed to use the garage.
