Staff was unwelcoming and abrasive and announced my room number to the whole lobby. Air conditioner/heater in the room was extremely noisy. Not really a safe place for Uber drivers to pull up at the front door.

This property is located near the Dart station, making it convenient to travel around the city. Rooms are laid out well for maximum comfort & efficiency. The one downside of the room was the air conditioner. It was very noisy, and left the room either too warm or too cold. But other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Horrible do not say here at any cost!!!!! Most the staff there are horrible and nasty. I wish I got the name of one of the front desk clerks he was great and fixed everything for me. But other than that. Never again. I was told I could have a late check in and they gave my room away so I was stuck with out a room for the night and had to stay at a different hotel for the night, didn’t want to even help me and blamed it on expindia. Let not talk about the rooms dirty smelled of smoke and the shower was broken, had to be moved in to a different room. Sooo Again do not stay at the hotel,

The staff was nice and really helpful. The housekeepers was amazing with cleanliness and being friendly. The only downside was my first room had a crack in the window that made a lot of noise. The staff was kind and switched my room with no problem. Will definitely be booking again

The property was very dated. The carpet was old and dirty looking in the room and hall. The door to the room was not snug and there was a light leak around the bottom and side of the door. The garage was dirty and smelled bad. I was disappointed with the stay from such a hotel.

Low water flow on faucet. Alarm went off by accident, i think, and it took half an hour to stop it. It’s more towards the end of downtown. Area didn't feel safe.

I booked here for Sunday checked in on Sunday morning n then i checked out the same day mind you i already payed for the hotel . When i checked in n when i was checking out they were trying to charge me again ? It didn’t make sense to me The lady said it’s because you checked in at 1am and it count as Saturday i was confused. i just don’t understand but the stay was okay nice area view of the city but other then that it was okay

I paid almost $500 with the $150 included for the deposit. There was poop on the side of the bathtub and toilet, the sink and tub was clogged. Housekeeping was called and i watched him "clean" the bathroom and still miss the poop on the side of the toilet and i assumed he had cleaned the poop off the side of the tub, but nope! Maintenance came twice to unclog the sink and bathtub. Housekeeping just tried to open our room door instead of knocking. I honestly should have gotten at least sone of my money back. Its ok though ill never stay there again.

The good - My room was incredibly clean. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever had. The staff, including the cleaning and maintenance staff, were friendly and helpful. The bad - Arriving at the hotel, the drop-off area was blocked with traffic cones. Therefore, I felt I had to risk getting a parking ticket to check-in. The parking garage was very dirty, with broken glass on the ground, old fluorescent tubes, etc. The heater in my room also didn't work the first night and I awoke at 5am to a freezing room. I had to request a repair twice for the following night. The patio furniture on my balcony was also missing bolts. The refrigerator in my room also needed to be defrosted. When I arrived, the curtain in my room was also pinched out the patio door and was wet. Overall - I respect this is an older hotel, so I expect some cosmetic issues, such as peeling wallpaper, leaking patio doors, etc. I believe this hotel suffers from management who fail to prioritize regular maintenance and inspections to ensure a safe environment and a positive guest experience. The issues I observed are easily corrected and avoidable, and I don't believe the frontline staff are the issue as my experience with them was excellent.

Good location in downtown Dallas within walking distance to tourist destinations. Easy freeway access. Absurd traffic noise for being on the 19th floor. Wheelchair accessible room had very narrow space between the beds making getting in and out of bed difficult. There was no soap in the room on arrival. Restaurant in hotel was not very good. Parking garage was cramped and smelled so strongly of marijuana that I expected a drug bust at any moment. All in all, the property was much less premium than I had anticipated.

Property well located and balcony give you a great view of Dallas. Full size fridge in the room was great . Pool was closed as it open only mid March. Restaurant was closed but great restaurants nearby walkable distance. Room and Bathroom need some updates including the patio door.

The door to the bathroom did not close and shower was missing a liner. The coffee maker was missing. The plug could not support the microwave. Half of the elevators were not working and first floor stairwell had a bunch of stuff in it you had to step over to use the stairs.

Great location and space!
Beautiful view! Great hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Local to train line and there was SO much to see just walking around by the hotel. The restaurants in the area were FABULOUS! Would stay here again. Hard to find grassy area for a dog.
