Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. Noise detectors monitor the noise level within the unit. These equipment will not infringe upon your privacy. To disable or obscure these devices is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. ($500 fee for every violation) Late Check-Out Fee: Check-out time is important so that we can prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee. (Late check out will result in a $50 hourly fee) Lost Key Fob Fee: If the key fob is lost, it will need to be replaced (There will be a $100 fee to replace it) Shoe-Free Environment: To keep the place clean for all guests, kindly remove your shoes when inside. The furniture is too small for a full sized person and if you have any height at all it’s too uncomfortable. The sofa’s had no padding and the kitchen chairs could not be sat in becausewe we were afraid they might break.
