A washer/dryer is located inside the apartment for your convenience, and a fitness center as well! The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities: \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
