Great place by the beach ( No Swim Sign though), however, they offer an alternative beach at an affiliate resort that is nice. No AC when it gets hot, just the ceiling fans. The residence is set up nicely and great for families.

I gave 1 star to the conditions of the hotel (despite being wonderful) and I'll explain why. The room we were assigned was splendid when seen from the outside. It has a sand garden with 2 chairs, a coffee table, a rocking chair and 2 soft puff type armchairs. We arrived at the entrance consisting of a large sliding door and it practically did not open. This is because being rooms near the beach, the fixtures fill with sand and block the slide. They changed rooms trying to clean the fixtures but the problem still existed. Luckily my husband made an effort, he was able to slide it a little so that he could at least get in. The room is beautiful in all its components, just 5 stars. Second problem. The vater is placed in a small room and this is really good. The fact is that entering the room there is an unbearable stench of sewage even with the window open and this is because I am sure that the plumbing work done is wrong as far as the siphons are concerned. I'm sure if we went to other rooms, the problem existed there as well.

I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café. Cleanliness was shocking: the pool restroom was filthy with urine all over the floor, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to clean it. The room itself looked nice but lacked maintenance—broken bathroom curtains, a shower that flooded the entire floor, and a terrace door that barely opened. Despite informing them it was my birthday trip, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge it. Overall, the resort looks good on the outside but fails in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. It is not worth the price or the 5-star rating and I would not stay here again or recommend it since there are a lot of better options.

À fuir – indigne d’un 5 étoiles

Séjour d’une semaine et expérience catastrophique. Accueil intrusif avec remarques déplacées dès l’arrivée. Room service médiocre : serviettes, eau ou capsules toujours manquantes, livrées après des heures d’attente, parfois sales. Chambres avec odeur d’égouts et fenêtres cassées. Un serveur a gardé 70 Dhs en prétextant que « c’était un pourboire » au lieu de s’excuser. Petit déjeuner surveillé par une employée qui revend la nourriture à certains clients. Prix de restauration exorbitants : 40 Dhs le Coca, 80 Dhs un petit bol de harira. Le jour où nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement, le réceptionniste nous a ri au nez. Traitement discriminatoire envers les clients marocains au profit des Européens. Une honte pour l’hôtellerie marocaine.

très bel hotel, propre etbon accueil, super petit déjeuner, mais il n'y a absolument rien autour, nous sommes contraints de manger dans les restaurants de l'hotel plutot médiocre et très cher sans plat traditionnel ou typique du Maroc.

Séjour catastrophique à Dakhla

CATASTROPHIQUE!! Il ne faut surtout pas y aller. L’hôtel tombe en ruine aucun entretien, on a du changer de chambre 3 fois, tout est sale, personnel pas formé aucun sens du service! Il n’a que le nom de 5 étoiles !! EVITER A TOUT PRIX!! Beaucoup de clients se plaignent pendant qu’on y était !!
