You will find a 4-room terraced house with 100 m2 on 2 levels, providing a comfortable and tasteful furnished living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and CD-player. The living/dining room has an exit to the terrace. There is one room with a bed on the ground floor. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and WC on the ground floor. The upper floor features 2 rooms, each with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a bath/shower/WC combination with a sauna.

The property offers a balcony, terrace, lawn, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and 2 deck chairs. Other amenities include a safe, children's high chair, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free).
