They rejected our request and insisted on repairing the door first with us just waiting for them to finish. They took 20+ minutes and unable to repair. Until then they change the room (by then it is already 11+pm). Wifi is NOT working throughout. Breakfast is bad. Only 2 types of noodles for selection. The room was clean and big and easy to get food around the hotel. It takes 5 mins to the airport by taxi.
