The accommodation is perfect. We had a room with a balcony. The owners are lovely and helpful ! The location is perfect in the old but quiet neighborhood. For excursions, scooter rent or advices, the owners are always helpful and available. It is very clean all the services are nearby next to the pedestrian street in the pedestrian street. We loved our time at Nha Lan Homestay. The family who runs the place are so nice and made us feel like family. Breakfast was made each morning at our requested time and our room, which was on the second floor in the front, had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. As a bonus, this family has been hosting people and booking tours for years. Don't use an app, use their booking services. They can help with all the popular tours, plus Laundry and postal service. They are a true one stop place for all of your travel needs. The location is perfect, in the old town, but right on the edge so it's easy to access the Beach, and other parts of Hoi An by bike, Grab car, or walking!
