Excellent location with wonderful services

We had a wonderful time while staying at the “Luxtery Hotel”. Especially the sky bar on the 20th floor and their swimming pool. We have nothing more to say but will be back again for our next trip to this “Wonderful Hotel “

Great 4 star hotel, clean room and amenities. But the closet made my towel smell like cigarettes and the bathroom shower was leaking water everywhere. Safe was broken, but was quickly replaced with a working one after notifying the front desk. It could be just that room though

安かったので、施設には期待してませんでしたが、プールも綺麗だし、朝ごはんが美味しくてびっくりしました。スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。私たちが英語もできなかったのですが、アプリを使いながら一生懸命コミュニケーションをとってくれました。

Tuyệt vời cho 1 khách sạn 4 sao ở Đà Nẵng Vị trí của khách sạn rất thuận lợi,gần biển nhưng lại đi về phía trung tâm thành phố rất gần,nó giúp tôi tiết kiệm chi phí di chuyển rất là nhiều. Xung quanh khách sạn có rất nhiều nhà hàng hải sản,đối diện khách sạn còn có 1 nhà hàng chuyên thịt nướng BBQ. Phòng ở sạch sẽ,rộng,rất thoáng. Nhà hàng phục vụ chuyên nghiệp. Bữa sáng rất ngon,đa dạng giữa món Âu và món Á Tôi cực kì hài lòng với bể bơi trên ngoài trời trên tầng 20. Hồ bơi sạch,ít mùi khử trùng. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện,nhân viên mang hành lí của tôi lên tậng phòng,mở cửa phòng,bật tất cả các thiết bị trong phòng.Rất chuyên nghiệp!!!

まだまだこれからのホテルかな

新しくオープンしたホテルみたいで、設備が未だ完全に出来上がってなく、部屋も狭いです。不快な点 ①部屋のチャックがあまい１日目は水の補充なし２日目は歯ブラシの補充なし ②朝食が最悪土曜日の朝はバイキングでしたが、平日は選択だけ。内容もとてもお金を払うレベルではない。良かった点 ①未だ稼働率が低いので部屋が空いていたと思いましが、１０時にチェクインをしてくれた。 ②レストラン、フロントのスタッフは元気で対応がいいロケーションはいい場所にあるので、値段を考慮したら今一度泊まって様子をみたいです
