But there is no pick up service and shuttle bus. If go to outside of hotel, you should take a taxi. Also there are so many Chiness and cannot have a breakfast due to so loud and smoking. Room Cleansing isn't given daily and you can have a clean room if only request for cleanseaing service. Rooms were clean only thing the blanket was a bit to heavy for the weather. Very few people in a "5 star" hotel actually speaks english. Completely overpriced food. Isolated from the rest of the town you end up spending a lot of money in transportation. Better to stay in Hoi An (in winter at least). Facilities good in summer probably.
