I would refer to this space more as an apartment than a house as it's above the garage of a home. It was in a nice neighborhood and got a great breeze with the windows open in the main living room/kitchen area so we didn't need to use the a/c at all during our late June visit. We just had the fans going in in the bedrooms at night. The space definitely needed a very good cleaning as the space was very very dusty- like a thick layer on the tops of pictures and on the fans and cobwebs as well as the floor being dusty as well. I usually take my shoes off when going inside a home, but didn't feel the need to as the floor need to be swept and mopped anyways. We were fine with it still and it didn't feel gross- just dusty. It was a good place for the price we paid. I would consider staying there again if needed. ##### Matthew A.
