In the bright, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large flat screen TV, there is also the dining area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and also offers a microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic hob. From the living room you reach the first floor via a wooden staircase, here is the bedroom with a double bed and two large spacious wardrobes. The bathroom with shower and toilet is right next to the bedroom. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with free WiFi. The garden, which belongs to the house, can be used by the house community, garden furniture is available, as well as a lockable room for bicycles. It is only about 600m to Duhner Strand, shops are nearby.
