For noise complaints: 8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 8.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 9\. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission. 10\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning. 11\. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest\`s stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines: 11.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes. 11.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination. 11.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water\`s chemical balance. 11.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage. 11.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use. 11.6 Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required. 12\. During the winter season, Guests are expressly prohibited from walking on the ice covering the pond, as this poses a significant safety hazard due to the potential for the ice to break. Additionally, swimming in the pond is strictly forbidden. The property owners shall not bear any liability for injuries or damages resulting from engaging in these prohibited activities.
