Close to all the Attractions. Enjoy your stay in our quaint 16x20 cabin. The cabin is beautifully located in a valley surrounded by hills and rock formations. Cabin is fully furnished with a small kitchenette area, queen size bed, sitting area with couch and bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is supplied with all your cooking needs. Cabin comes complete with a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator. A flat screen TV and DISH and WiFi is also in the cabin for your entertainment. Enjoy the scenery at the picnic area, where you'll find a picnic table and outside grill. You may see wildlife. Deer, turkeys, and a variety of birds frequently visit the property. Ideal location - only 15 minutes to Mt. Rushmore, 2 minutes to Crazy Horse Memorial and 8 minutes to Custer State Park. If you enjoy biking, the Mickelson Trail is right up the road, 1/2 mile away! The owner called me before I arrived, the owner took ownership of his property, made me and my family feel safe and important. 1 mile to Crazy Horse, 11 miles to the monument, and 3 miles to the local town. This cabin was PERFECT for our trip to South Dakota. We are a retired couple traveling with two small dogs. The cabin had a nice grassy area for the dogs just steps from the door. No stairs to climb. Parking right next to cabin. The location was perfect for all the places on our list to visit. We loved staying in the cabin away from the busy touristy hotels/motels. The area was beautiful and quiet. The hosts for this property were the best!
