First of all , this place is not called casa inn anymore. We got dropped of on the corner of the street by the taxi and told us it was 3-4 house away…. We ended up waking up and down the street many times and stopped for help in another hotel and weee told its now called qori Cusco inn
We booked for a week so we could have a place to stay while visiting Machu Picchu , sacred valley, rainbow mountain etc . Didn’t have hot water for the first 5 days. So not hot showers after a cold night. I tried to explain in Spanish we wanted to leave but they ask us to understand the water heater was broken and to be patient . I can understand they are having problems but they didn’t want to accept a refund . I called Expedia and they tried to contact them but then kept answering non sense , they even said no one was staying at the hotel at that moment
For the whole week, didn’t have anyone cleaning the room, had to ask for new towels and ended up buying our own toilet paper and empty garbage bin myself .
I knew Cusco would be cold at nights but I made sure this place had at least hot water . This was an un expensive place but Im sure with a few more soles , you can find a better place with owner who actually care about customers . This is the only place in the trip I had people not trying to be nice as the rest of the Peruvians. This has a good location, only positive thing about this place
