This elegant apartment block offers a prime location just 20 meters from the sea and beach in Cunit, Spain, making it an ideal vacation rental for a seaside getaway. Enjoy convenient amenities like a shared swimming pool, yard, Internet WiFi, and on-site parking. The Villa Sirena is a comfortable and well-appointed property with easy access to local attractions.

Take advantage of the shared outdoor spaces, including a fenced property area and an angular swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 meters, available for seasonal use from January 1st to December 31st. Relax in the yard or take a short stroll to the nearby beach, just 20 meters away.

The apartment block features a lift for easy access to your unit. Guests are advised that the owner does not accept youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected during your stay.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that is 65 square meters in size and features a practical and beautiful design. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, digital TV, and air conditioning. There is one room with a french bed measuring 150 cm wide and 190 cm long, and an exit leading to the balcony. The second room has a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, with two separate 90 cm wide beds that are 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a well-appointed kitchen that includes an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. You will also have access to a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Additionally, there is a reserved parking space within a fenced area that can accommodate one car.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is part of the "Blue Sea" property and offers a balcony with furniture and a view of the sea. It is important to note that there is no heating option available.
