"Strong recommendation to avoid due to cleanliness. I got room 309 with had a completely broken door that did not shut at all; a toiled that did not flush as was brown below water; a shower that was not draining and caused a pool in 2 min of whoerr; extremely foul smell in the room and especially in the toilet. "We extremely enjoyed the property but more so the people who run the place. They made us feel truly at home, and we will definitely go there again next year. Look no further for the highest level of hospitality and excellent service. The location is wonderful, the water is pristine. We were looking for a boutique hotel right on the water, and yet close to an urban center. This place is on the water and just 5 minutes from Cunda center, a lovely small town to visit. Plenty of activities to do, museum to visit nearby. We highly recommend Cundavilla. "
