Every corner was spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. During our visit, we had a bit of trouble connecting to a streaming service on the TV. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, a staff member promptly came to our room and resolved the issue for us. This kind of attentive and swift service truly showcased the hospitality Hyatt is known for. We also appreciated the leisurely 11 AM check-out, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed morning without feeling rushed. 2) Diverse Breakfast Buffet and Delicious Fruit Shakes For breakfast, the hotel offered a wide variety of options including Chinese, Japanese, and Western buffets. We decided to go with the Chinese buffet, and everything was delicious. What really stood out was the fruit shake – it was incredibly fresh and rich, a perfect way to start the day. Being able to take coffee back to our room afterward was a lovely touch, allowing us to slowly savor our drinks in comfort. "

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."

"The onsen spa and views from the hotel room were fantastic! The rooms could use a little improvement. Ours was a non-smoking room, but it had a lingering smoke odor, and the mattresses could use updating. We really enjoyed the use of the electric bikes and loved the little fishing village atmosphere. Staff was very helpful."
