One of only 2 rentals on Smith Lake with a private lake side pool to lounge in by the lake, it is also fully loaded with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation including outdoor bar, grill, fire pit, fire table, pool table, kayaks, SUPs, 2 coffee bars, waffle bar, kids video game/tv space, and boundless deck space to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Bella Vista is located on one of the main arms of Smith Lake in Cullman. It is less than 10 minutes to I-65 and less than 10 minutes to gas stations, fast-food restaurants, bait shops, grocery stores, and a boat launch. This is a rare find on Smith Lake to be close to so many things but still have beautiful big water views. There are decks expanding most of the whole first and second level to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evenings. The top decks has a fire pit table to gather around in the early evening while you witness the beautiful sunsets seen from Bella Vista. Perhaps the best part of Bella Vista, is the private in-ground heated salt-water pool out back right on the lake. This is the only rental on Smith Lake with a private pool. If you don't want to take a dip in the lake or want to have somewhere for the kids to play and splash while grilling by the outdoor bar, you will love this amenity. Included are plenty of floats and toys as well as propane for the grill. Plenty of seating for all. The pool is only shut down from Nov 15th to March 8th as it is too cold for the heater on those days. The location on the water is optimal for fishing, swimming, boating, and water sports. While the dock is on larger open water, there are also nearby peaceful and smaller arms of water or tributaries to explore on the 2 kayaks and SUP's provided. The home has had extensive updates, and is fully loaded with everything necessary to make memories with friends and family. On the top floor, you will find an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with seating for everyone as well as the completely renovated master suite to include a soaking tub. Off the master bedroom, a separate daybed and desk can be found for a quiet read or cranking out some work. On the lower floor, you'll find a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games and ample seating for everyone, making it an ideal gathering spot. There are plenty of board games and other surprises for entertainment. The lower floor also hosts two more king suites, each with private bathrooms, as well as another private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. For the kids, there's a special area designed for their enjoyment, complete with TV, Xbox One with games, books, crayons, bean bags, and a Nugget for fort-building fun. Sleeping arrangements include two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed to ensure comfort for adults as well. Stepping stairs going up and down to the Lake .. were very doable and “ wear your Apple Watch” .. you will get your steps in for sure daily! Beds were beyond comfortable… and I loved the sheets ! Kitchen was stocked well… just a note: I think oven is “ Energy Efficient “…. Incase you are not familiar with this kind of appliance We have a LARGE family. The house was perfect! We enjoyed everything about our visit to Bella Vista! The location was great! We were ages 63-3 years old. The game room was enjoyed by all and the dock was a blast we especially enjoyed the LilyPad!, kayaks and paddle boards! When we were not on the lake the kids enjoyed the pool.The waffle bar was a nice touch!! The kids loved it! Our host Brandon was great to work with and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. We highly recommend Bella Vista at Smith Lake. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. The owner has an app that is downloadable after the deposit is paid. It’s full of useful info. We loved the place- it was so clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and a group of kids ages 13-17\. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were new and clean. The only con I can come up with was the cleanliness of the entire pool deck. It was old, filled with leaves - leaves piled in the pool, wet leaves in all the furniture, not usable area at all and truly an eyesore. Close to the Highway, grocery, and immediate care clinic. It was spacious with one thank you of room for 8 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk room and tv setup. All of the beds were comfortable and it was a wonderful and relaxing trip for all. We were able to use the boathouse to dock our boat and there was room to park the truck and trailer along the side of the driveway although we had to back all the way down the road to get it in. Enjoyed all the amenities! Up to date and working. Very clean! Wash room was nice and big. Only suggestion would be a commercial ice maker. The owner was very nice and answered all of my questions promptly. ##### Margie Kate M.
