With a simple and contemporary design, the studio has its own bathroom, full kitchen, queen-sized bed, twin futon and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. The studio has custom handmade wooden furniture, 15 ft sloped ceilings and lots of natural ventilation. You can enjoy panoramic views from the balcony or while strolling around the property. You will have access to the full 6 acres of the property, decks and gas grill. We’ll provide bathroom and beach towels, linen, beach chairs and cooler. Located on a private 6 acre property with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean. The East Villa was the first one built on the property. It overlooks Ensenada Honda (east view) and the whole of Vieques island (south view) and Puerto Rico (west view). Divided into Starboard (right side studio) and Port (left side studio), this villa has a shared deck area to enjoy the wonderful view. You will be staying walking distance from town and Melones Beach (great snorkeling!). We highly recommend renting a vehicle to get around the island. However, you can do without one. May 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A simple little room with a wonderful view The house is quite simple, nothing too complicated, no TV, no distractions, I liked that. It sits up on the hill overlooking the harbor on one side and the ocean on the other; a perfect view, you couldn't ask for more. The host graciously included beach chairs, sunblock, and a few other beach going accommodations, which I found to be a nice touch. Nov 17, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy The owner had a maintenance crew come in Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. using impact drills and circular saws changing the wood on the deck to the attached unit. The fumes from the varnish gave me a headache I had to leave and when I returned the smell of polyurethane varnish was still there they should have waited until the building was empty.
