TURTLE COVE VIEWS is a cozy waterfront cottage that provides a picturesque Florida Keys vacation setting. Take in the expansive open water views from inside the home through the large windows or from your covered porch, with outdoor dining. The private 35-foot boat slip offers easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys and the home comes with kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out enjoys 24 Hour Patrolled Security. TURTLE COVE VIEWS was recently renovated to a high standard, with Smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool you’ll need to prepare meals from home. This home accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms (a King and a Queen) and a queen-sized sleep sofa. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located near open water, so it’s a great place for a swim. There are some wonderful nearby places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. For dinner out, consider the Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Tonio’s Seafood Shack just up the road. Last but not least, TURTLE COVE VIEWS is just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon, with all their attractions. Amenities: Patio chairs, fish cleaning station, seawall / boat dockage, kayaks, paddleboard, and BBQ Gas Grill. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. We didn't bring a boat so just sitting and having coffee every morning and night was awesome!! We did see several roaches in the kitchen but even in our own house of Florida we know all about them. The only part was we were getting ready to leave and packing our vehicle we left our four fishing rods right next to our vehicle and they were stolen. They really hurt us because 2 of them were custom and had names on them. Not sure who took them but we were very upset it had my name and my husbands name on each. So even though the back of the truck was loaded with everything and all open for the grabs that is the only thing taken and they were taken from laying on the ground right next to the truck. Location was convenient to key West and Marathon and everything in between. Actually on the water and comes with pool access. Clean and well maintained. Management company was beyond caring and helpful. One problem, the master bed was too high for me(5’5” to access and despite the topper was very hard.So depending on your preference. We enjoyed both relaxing and lots of activities with fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. House is well equipped, Dockage space is perfect and everyone had a blast!! Very clean and the amenities were great (bicycles, kayaks, etc.) although we traveled so much we didn't get to use. KW an easy 30 minute or so drive. Exactly as pix showed. Clean. Nadia met us, went thru property with us, checked back in, made sure we had everything we needed. Great view of the bay and sunrise from raised deck outfitted nicely with patio table and chairs. Last Key really set the bar as far as how to rent.
