"Located in a small rural village, you will find, within 20 minutes to half an hour drive, all the stores you would want, from walmart to Home Depot to Starbuck, as well as good restaurants. Yet, back in the village, you are away from it all. Touristic areas are near by for plenty to explore, but if you just want to stay put, the house is 6 minutes drive to the most peaceful and wonderful river spot.
