Boathouse was decorated nicely. The only problem we encountered was the newly installed heat pump. It was installed in a locked room between the two bedrooms (possibly a closet?). It was extremely loud when it came on, as if it was.installed incorrectly. Actually shook the headboard in one of the bedrooms! We did let Memphis know about this. We only stayed one night, instead of two nights, because we didn’t sleep well.Hopefully, this issue has been fixed. ##### Carol J. Location is awesome with a great view. Wonderful to be able to relax on balcony and look out over water after a day on the boat. Host is phenomenal.
