The hot tub was nice and refreshing and the backyard was nice also with the Spanish oak trees with moss. The neighborhood was quiet, and a nice walk in mornings with your coffee. The house was clean and tidy without being sparse or empty. The manatee theme was lovely and wasn't overdone or cheesy. I felt cozy and at home all the time. We appreciated the privacy in the back yard and the hot tub was incredible for the cooler nights. The kitchen was well-equipped, and us coffee snobs much appreciated the inclusion of a French press in addition to the Keurig ;) All in all, this place was a wonderful home base for our manatee excursion. ##### Jared B.
