The pool was not heated which was advertised as such when we booked the home. We could not use it without heat which was very disappointing. The host was unresponsive when asking about it up until the very last day we were there. Many of the smoke detectors were missing or not working and the railing on the upper deck was loose and some of the stairs did not have a handrail which was concerning.
