"Check in smooth. Fridge not working in room but got fixed after a couple of requests. Basic facilities and breakfast was as basic as could be. A supermarket near by, also a couple of bar/restaurants. 20 minute walk to the main area of town and the local train service to downtown Chicago (Metra). OK for the price"

"This is an absolute 5 star hotel! One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and I have stayed at lots of resorts and hotels. The special touches like charger cord if you needed one, loufa in the shower, house shoes, umbrella if you needed it, chocolates on the night stand. Very very clean, quiet safe area, friendly and helpful staff, I liked that no one could go to our hallway without a key card."
"Cute, clean, safe, nice. My only complaint, If you opt for the FREE WiFi then change your mind and want to do the PAID WiFi, they make it sooooo hard! The free WiFi was TRASH. It took 30-60 seconds for each page to load. I had to call some customer service number and it took 30 minutes on the phone with them to upgrade. I’m not sure why it isn’t just an easy option to upgrade, or why the hotel themselves can’t do it. It was a waste of my time. So just upgrade your wifi from the JUMP if you even THINK you might want faster speeds lol. "
