This is the exact unit you will be staying in! Owned and managed by us personally, Nate and Elizabeth Maxwell. THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade. Renovated and new furniture; October 2018 \*Super cute unit!\* 2 bedroom/1.5 bath town home SLEEPS 6 Ground floor-living room, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard Upstairs-2 bedrooms with a full bath; another deck upstairs as well Bedrooms- 1st/master bedroom-King size bed 2nd bedroom-queen size bed and a day bed w/2 twins. One TV in the living room; Roku for live TV and streaming. High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking Kitchen-fully stocked with all needed to cook, etc. Regular coffee pot. \-ALL bedrooms are upstairs If you secure a booking then we can request guest passes, but we will need full names of each person. The guest pass do NOT pay for amenities like golfing, it allows you access and you pay the guest rate. See Fairfield Glades website for amenities like gym, swimming, golf for rate etc as they are subject to change. Well behaved pets, and we will give you additional info on rules, etc. Their is a dog park in Fairfield Glade. One time pet fee of $40. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door. ##### Julie W. We got in the condo an hour early and started checking it out. Brought our suitcases in and wanted to unpack for our week. No dressers anywhere. Closets have a lot of junk in them so hanging space is limited. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher so not sure how everything is cleaned. Mismatched utensils. Inadequate cooking dishes. Again... wish I could attach pictures. Only TV is in the living room. Sheets on the bed didn't match. The bathroom had a used tube of toothpaste (no thank you). The shower head sits very low. Bath towels have definitely seen better days. There are mouse droppings in the cabinet. Mold on the vents. Water spots on ceiling. Dirty oven. Trash cans were lined with old grocery bags. Carbon monoxide detector was in a cabinet with batteries sitting next to it. We grabbed our suitcases and stayed at a hotel. Contacted the host to let her know we weren't staying. It was the 4th of July so we didn't hear back until the next day. I told her that nothing about her condo is acceptable and that we are now incurring another $800 to stay somewhere else. We really need the option to attach pictures. ##### C F. Very disappointing! Terrible mattresses, missed matched sheets that did not stay on mattress! Flat, hard pillows, we had to go out and buy pillows! The problem with the mold on the kitchen faucet was unbelievable. Dishes can not be sanitized without use of dishwasher!!!!!!! We went out and bought paper plates and cups. The house was as described. Clean and perfect location for us. The owners were easy to reach and had no issues. Checkin and out were also very easy.
