Beautiful 4 bed townhouse, the heart of Cromer, steps to the beach Surf Cottage is an historic townhouse in the heart of Cromer, just steps from the beach. A 4 bedroom 3 storey property, close to The Gangway Coffee and Cocktail bar, The Redlion Pub and Restaurant, a short walk to the No1 Cromer Fish and Chip Shop perched close to the top of the steps down to the promenade and beach. You can pop on your swimmers and be on the beach faster than a seagull can steal your chips! The property has 4 bedrooms: a large master with ensuite, a king (or two singles), a bedroom with two singles and a set of bunks perfect for two children. There is a high spec kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and an open-plan living dining room with french-doors out to a courtyard garden. Outside in the sun-trap you'll find seating and a bbq. It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one might need and was well designed. The cottage was very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The outdoor courtyard area to sit in was an added bonus. Great position with shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front right on the doorstep. I would love to return for another stay. Really lovely decor. Although no parking with the property really quiet street so could easily unload and park a couple of mins away.Comfy beds and sofa.The only downside was the pub over the road which wouldn't have been fine if the windows had been double glazed or we were night owls.The noise stopped around midnight so not all night but with traditional single glazed sash windows it was like we were out there with them.
