### Wonderful flat only 600 metres to the beach with sea views, pool, barbecue, washing machine

The ground floor consists of a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. The outdoor area of the house consists of a beautiful swimming pool, a large terrace and a barbecue area. The pool area is equipped with 10 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is 1 free parking space in the grounds of the house.
