Terraced house "Divna" offers motor access within 40 meters of the property. Parking is available at a distance of 400 meters, providing convenient access for those traveling by car. Nearby amenities include a shop located 200 meters away and a restaurant just 150 meters from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 2-room terraced house that spans across 3 levels and covers an area of 60 square meters. The property was fully renovated in 2017, ensuring a fresh and modern living environment. On the ground level, you will find a dining room equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is fully functional, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available to keep you cool during warmer days. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area allows you to enjoy outdoor grilling. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, making cleaning up after meals a breeze. Satellite TV and a microwave are also available for your entertainment and cooking needs. The maximum capacity of the property is 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The bathroom facilities in the property are well-appointed. On the ground level, there is a hip bath/WC. On the upper floor, you'll find a separate WC for added convenience. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and versatile. The upper floor features a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, accompanied by satellite TV and cable TV with a flat-screen television. On the top floor, there is another room with sloping ceilings, ranging in height from 110 cm to 198 cm, and a rooflight. This room is equipped with 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as air conditioning for your comfort during your vacation. Please note that there is no heating option available in the property. Additionally, you can enjoy free WiFi internet access throughout your stay.
