The holiday flat is located on a 300 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and a parking space in the locality (distance 10 m). **Special** Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron.
