The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. The holiday flat is located on a 50 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron.
