Fiquei no 14º andar, próximo ao elevador, e o barulho do motor do elevador foi bastante incomodativo. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente, confortável, chuveiro ótimo e café da manhã bem serviço. Localização é ótima. Estacionamento poderia ter um acesso melhor, mas atende sem problemas.

Hotel excelente para quem está de passagem em Criciúma para uma viagem mais longa. A estrutura é muito boa, com piscina e academia. O café da manhã é muito bom. O hotel tem um belo estacionamento.

O hotel é muito bom com ótima localização, atendimento excelente, o café da manhã é gostoso e o estacionamento é gratuito. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável - a única ressalva é com relação as toalhas que deveriam ser de acordo com o padrão do hotel.

Nota 7 por conta do chuveiro que é muito bom.

Todos os atendentes da recepção foram ótimos, nota 10 prá todos. O café dá manhã deixou à desejar pra um hotel desse porte. O quarto esse é muito apertado e inferior à muitos outros hotéis que eu já me hospedei e por um preço bem abaixo do que eu paguei no Tree hotel premium Criciúma, o quarto não tem local pra colocar as bagagens, se colocar na cama não consigo me deitar e se colocar no chão não consigo me locomover, na realidade no quarto o quê tem de bom é o chuveiro.

The hotel is at the heart of the city, multiple restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. The staff very helpful and ready to answer all your questions. Just an important tip, always remember to reactive your room key when you come back to the hotel at the front desk, the staff will gladly do it at anytime.

O hotel é muito bom, é a segunda vez que me hospedo, porém desta vez o café ficou a desejar, era para encerrar as 10h, fomos tomar café 9h30 e praticamente não tinha mais nada, pedi reposição e eles não tinham reposição, quando se coloca um horário precisa servir até este horário, não gostei.

Tudo excelente, desde o inicio ate o fim da estadia. Porém um ponto negativo são os elevadores, muito lento, pelo tamanho da estrutura. Na sexta-feira 16/08/24 um elevador do lado direito na parte da manhã estava parado, foi um caos no horário de pico do café. Atrasei minha reunião.
